It’s Jay’s background as a former Creative Director that gives Action its uniquely fresh and innovative advantage over all other automotive marketing agencies. He’s written and directed commercials, written, produced and performed jingles, designed logos and brand standards, built websites and more - all with a focus on building a dealer’s brand just as intently as driving sales. A natural born strategist, Jay is always on the prowl for great ideas, new ways to innovate and to help our dealers grow regardless of size or budget. Jeremy oversees all of our all-star account teams and ensures that we’re always exceeding our dealers’ business objectives and expectations. He firmly believes success is only achieved by earning a client’s trust and confidence through strategic and principled leadership.His warm style and special knack for problem solving has earned the respect of our dealer partners and Action team members alike. Conner champions innovation throughout the entire agency, working with internal and external teams to envision, develop and incubate breakthrough technology for our dealers. But while he has built a department with deep technical expertise, Conner and his team are never blinded by the latest “shiny object” that may appear cool or technically slick. Jamie has successfully planned, negotiated and placed messages for TV, Radio and Cable mediums in most every major market. Now as part of the Action team, she’s doing the same for some of the nation’s most successful dealers and dealer groups. Since joining the Action team she has brought a well-rounded perspective to our strategic media planning approach. Jamie gets that, today more than ever, media and message can’t live apart from each other, but must function as one. But Jamie's real power lies that she has been on all sides of the table — as planner, buyer and client. This diverse experience leaves her uniquely equipped to develop and execute bulletproof marketing strategies for every Action dealer.
Since arriving at Action in 2005, Lynn's expertise has been instrumental in continuing Action’s long history of financial stability and success. With executive oversight of accounting, human resources, and overall agency profitability, she manages the growth and financial stability of Action. From agency financials and budgeting to client invoicing, Lynn leads her team of talented individuals who help her oversee human resources, IT and facilities management and myriad other tasks keep the agency running smooth. Her passion for processes, results and development of a nurturing work environment is a vital ingredient in Action’s overall success.
A master at building enduring client relationships, Sean’s impact on Action has been equally enduring since he joined the team in 2007. When he’s not analyzing client data or working with his team to create action driven content or media, Sean keeps a close and constant monitor over all our dealers for best practices, strategies and tactics that are moving the needle then communicates and shares them with our entire team. In addition to leading and inspiring our next great crop of account service reps, Sean directly oversees several key accounts himself. A solid partner to his dealers, Sean prides himself on providing counsel that anticipates ever-changing marketing needs with timely, creative and outstandingly successful solutions.
Rachael spends her day (and some nights) keeping a watchful eye over her dealer partners and account teams. It takes dedication, organization and fearlessness to thrive in the ever changing world of retail automotive. Rachael not only possesses these qualities in spades, her expertise and strategic vision allows her to lead both our dealers and account support teams into brave new effective and impactful directions. She believes you have to both outsmart and outwork the competition to grow sales and marketshare. That stellar work ethic inspires the entire account team to follow her lead.
Zach uses the skills he honed as a Producer and Editor at other cutting-edge agencies and the broadcast industry to guide his team of editors, animators and motion graphics artists in creating TV and Radio spots with production values well beyond their budgets. This very second, he’s probably pushing both himself and his creative teams to go above and beyond - and then some. Zach believes anything is possible when strong strategy and brilliant creative minds collide. His skills and creativity have become legend in the automotive advertising community. Zach thrills in getting to know our clients and then providing creative solutions via audio and video that are inventive and impactful. Oh, and they look and sound really, really cool, too.
